How Shipping Works
After placing your order, we make every effort to process it within 24 hours. Preparing, packaging and shipping your order are all part of this process. However, due to the high volume of orders we get from time to time, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 days after processing. We also offer priority shipping (see below) for an additional charge which takes 2-4 days after processing.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $50, shipped to the United States which is automatically applied at checkout.
Priority shipping: you can request priority shipping for an extra charge, and receive your order in 2-4 business days after processing. (We are not responsible for USPS delays.)
Check your address: review your order before you submit and make sure you’ve entered your address correctly. We’re not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Email confirmations: once you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder, or contact us to confirm your order.
After your order ships we are not able to make changes to your order.
Pre-ordered products: we process orders within 2-3 business days once items are in stock.

Mail delays: We don’t like them either. Unfortunately they sometimes happen, and we’re not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
