How Returns & Refunds Work
If you’d like to return your order, you can send back unused products in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. (Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.)
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in a padded envelope.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return your order, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if your refund has been approved or not.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you are due a refund, and haven’t received it, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take 1-2 weeks before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrived to you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at info@classtracker.com, and ship your item to:
