Shipping and Delivery
When will I get my order?

After placing your order, we make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. Preparing, packaging, and shipping your order are all part of this process. However, due to the high volume of orders we get from time to time, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Any orders placed on Friday after 12p ESTS will ship the following Monday. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 days. We also offer priority shipping for an additional charge which takes 2-3 days.
Once the order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking information. There are times though that the tracking information may not be searchable for another business day while our logistics provider updates the shipment in their tracking system.

My order was delivered but I cannot find it

Sometimes the package is mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household. Please double check those locations and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please email us at info@class tracker.com so we can assist you!
How can I change or edit my shipping address on a recent order?

Please email us at info@classtracker.com as soon as you can with your order number and your correct shipping address so we can make changes as quickly as possible. We usually have around one hour after you place your order to make any changes. After the one-hour window, we may not be able to change your order as it may already be on its way to the post office. This is to ensure that packages are sent out quickly to our customers. Thank you so much for your understanding!
How can I change or cancel my order

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@classtracker.com. We normally have one hour to make any adjustments after you place your order. We may not be able to adjust your order after the one-hour window has passed, as it may be processed or on its way to the post office. This is to ensure that packages are sent out quickly as possilbe. Thank you so much for your understanding!

If you’d like to return your order, you can send back unused products in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. You’re responsible for return shipping costs. If you need to return your order, see details on our Shipping and Returns Page (link to our policy page).

What are the differences between the middle school, high school, and college planners?

Students at each academic level need differing levels of structure to support their developing adolescent brains. Our simple, intuitive planners give students a clear path forward, so that they can feel prepared – and succeed – in school, and beyond. Each edition is intentionally designed to provide the support needed for the different stages of their developing brains and is aligned to the structures at each academic level.
Our Middle School edition is highly structured with a designated area for each subject area. Students at this age benefit from having a specific space for each class so they can easily track what assignments they have due for each subject.
Our High School edition has designated sections for daily to-do’s, assignments, after school activities and major assignments like tests, papers, projects and quizzes. The distinct sections help students visualize their entire week’s commitments in and out of the classrooms. There’s also a self-care corner for students to track how well they are taking care of themselves. In addition, there are pages to record class schedules and set goals as well as monthly planning pages for big-picture planning.

Given how each day differs from the next in college, there’s an area to create a daily plan. There’s also a self-care corner for students to track how well they are taking care of themselves. What’s the difference between the dated planner and the undated planners?

Our dated planner runs from July 1 to June 30 with dates and days of the week printed to help you keep track of your schedule. The undated planner includes days of the week, but without dates. This is useful if you are starting school in the winter, attending summer school, or just want to add in your own dates.
Our undated planner includes two sections of 5 monthly planning pages followed by 16 weeks of weekly planning pages perfect for two semesters of school.
