Students at each academic level need different levels of structure to support their developing adolescent brain. Class Tracker planners are intuitive, simple, and designed to support student’s lives from middle school through college. Each edition incorporates level-specific, science-informed design principles to support the development of executive function skills. For example, our layouts offer structure with flexibility by giving students the whole picture, from tomorrow’s math homework to next month’s history presentation. When they see their entire week at a glance students are able to plan and prioritize their studies and extracurriculars, so nothing gets overlooked or forgotten. Lesley has worked with students in every capacity, including as a teacher, tutor, and coach, for more than 25 years. In that time, she’s seen firsthand how hard it is for middle and high school students to stay on track, which is what provided the inspiration for the best school planners in the first place. Lesley continues to work privately with students, and since she wants to help adolescents everywhere succeed, she writes blogs and has also published two books that provide insights on time management, organizational skills, studying, planning and prioritizing: Where’s My Stuff?: The Ultimate Teen Organizing Guide with Samantha Moss, and Make the Grade: Everything You Need to Study Better, Stress Less, and Succeed in School.

What's the minimum order to receive a bulk discount?
We offer 20% off for orders of 10-49 planners. Please use the code “BULK20” at checkout to automatically apply the discount. For orders of 50 or more, please request an estimate to learn more about our greater discounted pricing.
Can I customize the cover of the planners?
Yes! Make your planner reflect your school or program by providing a high-resolution version of your logo (.png) and your school colors or create your own cover design.
How long will it take to process my order?
Our planners ship two weeks after you approve your order and the payment method is secured.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship UPS ground. Orders take anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on where you are in the United States.
Which products are available to order in bulk?
We offer bulk discounts on orders of 10 or more on all our Ultimate Student Planners, including the Middle School, High School, and College editions. We also offer discounts on our accessories for orders of 50 or more.
Do you create custom school planners?
Yes, we can create a completely customized planner that includes weekly planning pages designed specifically for your school or program, a custom front and back cover, and the option to include handbook pages and/or sync your academic calendar into the weekly and monthly pages.
How can I pay for my school planner order?
We accept credit card payments (+3% fee) or purchase orders. Payments by credit card must be completed before the order is shipped. Our terms for purchase orders is Net 15 from the date of shipment.
What are the differences between the middle school, high school, and college planners?
Students at each academic level need differing levels of structure to support their developing adolescent brains. Our simple, intuitive planners give students a clear path forward, so that they can feel prepared – and succeed – in school, and beyond. Each edition is intentionally designed to provide the support needed for the different stages of their developing brains and is aligned to the structures at each academic level.
Our Middle School edition is highly structured with a designated area for each subject area. Students at this age benefit from having a specific space for each class so they can easily track what assignments they have due for each subject.
Our High School edition has designated sections for daily to-do’s, assignments, after school activities and major assignments like tests, papers, projects and quizzes. The distinct sections help students visualize their entire week’s commitments in and out of the classrooms. There’s also a self-care corner for students to track how well they are taking care of themselves. In addition, there are pages to record class schedules and set goals as well as monthly planning pages for big-picture planning.
